I am from Brazil and so is my husband. But I married completely against my parents will. They met my husband the night before our engagement. Needless to say, my Mom made my life a living hell before I got married and moved to US (due to his job assignment).<br />We've been married for 9 years and 7 months. What can I tell you? It gets better, they will slowly accept.
